Recruiting and Executive Search Services AvailableWe provide several services for our customers. They include Client-based (hiring companies), Job-seekers (candidates), and Job Search Strategy. Hiring CompaniesWe successfully help hiring companies to solve business-critical executive search problems requiring the need for hard-to-find technical or managerial talent. When the traditional approaches such as newspaper ads, job fairs, employee referrals, open houses and even Internet-based listings fail, we provide results. Our services may be performed either on a Retained or Contingent basis, as the search dictates. By assisting clients who have realistic expectations and who are willing to partner with us in the process, we have produced successful results for companies in a variety of industries that have ranged in size from the top of the Fortune 500 through the middle tier, to an entrepreneurial company with fewer than 10 people. We continually study and actively employ the latest pro-active, Web-based sourcing, search and recruiting techniques to respond to a client's urgency while maintaining a high level of candidate quality. Typically on retained assignments, we guarantee our results for one year, or the client receives a replacement with no additional fee. [ Return to top ] With candidates, we first listen to their work history, skills and areas of concern. We then probe their reasons for seeking new employment opportunities. Taking all this into account with each candidate's business and technical profile, we then recommend only those opportunities which we feel will be in their best career and personal interests. This includes advising the candidate not to change positions or to accept a position which we do not represent, as appropriate. This has proven to be a successful process for a number of reasons. Many recruiters are after the quick buck and will submit resumes for virtually any position which contains even a hint of the skills contained. For example, a Unix Systems administrator candidate related that several years ago, he had taken a C programming course (hence C programming was listed as a knowledge). His past 7 years, however, was spent doing what he did best, systems administration. The last recruiter suggested that as he didn't have systems admin positions, perhaps he could brush up on his C skills, as that was highly in demand! We do not operate in this fashion whatsoever. A good match between a candidate and client will ensure a win-win scenario for all involved. Thus, we pride ourselves on determining exactly what motivates a person to search for a new position. If we can't help at that time, we will tell you up-front and suggest other job search avenues. [ Return to top ] When searching for a new job, there are several strategies which can alleviate the process and weed out unacceptable results. Because this is such an important topic, we've pulled together all of our resources on a separate page. Please visit there to learn more. A major career pitfall is the counter-offer. Please visit our separate
page to learn how to deal with this issue.
